Hannah McGill on the flailing Film Festival
I just read with interest D Cairns' interview with former Film Festival director Hannah McGill.
She robustly defends the move to June (silencing me for one, after much muttering about it being a daft decision) and fires a shot at the Scottish press for creating a culture of criticism in which you "cannae win".

We shall see what Chris Fujiwara will do, certainly for anyone in the business, his CV and interviews online are conveyed the "right" language, he's a pro and I find this reassuring.
I much appreciated D. Cairns' set of 6 interviews including McGill's one, apart from the opinions/evaluations expressed it was a fascinating "live" zoom into Eiff's history.
