I just read with interest D Cairns' interview with former Film Festival director Hannah McGill.
She robustly defends the move to June (silencing me for one, after much muttering about it being a daft decision) and fires a shot at the Scottish press for creating a culture of criticism in which you "cannae win".
What a thoroughly impressive lady she is. Read the full interview here.
What does everyone else think of the Film Festival's fortunes this year? If you were in charge, what would you do?

I much appreciated D. Cairns' set of 6 interviews including McGill's one, apart from the opinions/evaluations expressed it was a fascinating "live" zoom into Eiff's history.
