After a great relaunch a few months ago, attendance has been dwindling lately with few return visits or new members and increasingly only the small core of regulars turning up. I want to find out if the members feel it's worth continuing and trying to grow the meet. I have personally gained a lot from it and met some great people.

Be as honest and candid as you like. We need to know what has to happen or change to get you all to start coming along (but we can't change your job location or convince your bosses to give you longer lunch hours :P).

Hmmmm.....

After attending the relaunch and every meet since then, bar 1 i think, I would hate to lose such an interesting platform for meeting new people. One of the main things that makes this worthwile was the new people turning up each week, finding out what they did and what interested them, and talking about it.

So yes, I think it's worth continuing, though I know not my schedule for Uni classes for next term yet......
Interesting if the craic is worthwhile but not if its a look-at-us-we're-not-Edinburgh thingy.
Is this group going to meet again? There is an imminent clear out of dead groups on 38minutes, is this group going to join the deleted?
Given the complete lack of interest from this thread and the dwindling to a core few plus the odd one or two extra by the end of last year, I have little interest in beating people about the head to get them to attend. With so few people becoming regulars and no one being willing to state what would need to change to get them interested again, I would say the group is very, very dead.

Delete away, I say.

Hi, I was wondering if meetings are still happening? I've just moved to Glasgow and this sounds really interesting.

Thanks, Amy

Doesnt look like it Amy... Shame tho looked good. As with most of these things, they start off as fun then become hard work for the owners, so they give up :) 38minutes is cool though, sure there are some 'active' groups just waiting for your involvement... Kenny
