Apple has sent out an email to iPhone developers that any new app submitted to the App Store will have to be ready for the iPhone 3.0 software, which is due in June. They say that any app submitted that isn’t 3.0 compatible will be rejected.

"Beginning today, all submissions to the App Store will be reviewed on the latest beta of iPhone OS 3.0. If your app submission is not compatible with iPhone OS 3.0, it will not be approved."

HND Games - Give us Your Opinion

The Scottish Qualifications Authority are currently working on
creating a new qualification - HND Games Development. As part of the
process it is important that we get as many views as possible on what
is required. To do that we would appreciate it if you could complete
the following survey:

http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.aspx?sm=60ncuuOlp73guIcbtAIOrA_3d_3d

It's very short with less than a dozen questions and will take less
than three minutes of your time but will be invaluable in structuring
this award.

The survey will close at 5pm on the 5th of May so please don't
hesitate to follow the link and complete the survey.

Thanks in advance,

@David Hamilton Great. Last night they were talking about fart apps dominating the top and i know from our (and our kids) experiences with the Nintendo DS that things can be a lot (lot) better than that! A durable iPhone for kids would be neat too.

Yay! So glad that we picked you to do our first iPhone app for 4iP in Scotland (well, anywhere north of the Watford Gap, actually). For those wanting to know more, you'll just have to wait and see...
