Job Title – Games Producer
Location – Glasgow

The Company

My client is an established games development company which develops their own mobile, online, handheld & console titles. They also create branded games for an impressive clients list which includes many recognised & reputable clients up & down the country.

They are continuing to add a variety of cross-platform titles moving into the New Year & are currently looking to add an experienced Games Producer to the fold who can hit the ground running.

The Position

This is a full-time permanent position based in central Glasgow & our client are looking for someone who understands the games making process.

The successful applicant will ensure that production runs smoothly, everyone understands what’s required and the end game is exceptional.

• Drive multiple games from concept to publishing and maintenance
• Ensuring projects are on process and documentation is up to date and understood by team and clients or publisher
• Manage the team and client or publisher through the project cycle
• Work with the project manager to ensure jobs are brought in to schedule and budgets
• Identify roles and help resource projects

The Candidate

My client is currently looking for a number of new additions to the team, but applicants must have the following:

• Degree qualified 2:1 in an IT related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ideally 3-5 years+ commercial experience within games production.
• Strong understanding of what makes a great game.
• A portfolio demonstrating several substantial, high quality games releases.
• Great people, communication and writings skills.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem solving.
• Passionate about games technology.

The Package

Salary: £26,000- £33,000+ DOE
