Twig is a dynamic multi-platform producer of education-linked factual films for international online markets. The company is expanding and we are looking to recruit an organised and hardworking asset organiser and manager, who would specifically focus on handling a range of materials to be prepared for international clients.

 

The role will include:

 

Inhouse preparation and management of documents

 

  • Preparing international translation documents/spreadsheets.

 

  • Preparing and managing the files before and after reversioning.

 

  • Database management.

 

Scheduling and organisation

 

  • Management of multiple reversioning projects and deadlines.

 

External liaison and client contact

 

  • Point of contact for client queries regarding the materials.

 

  • Being responsible for the QC of translated content.

 

  • Handling and making corrections across all versions/sites/databases for each asset/document.

 

Salary: £16–18K

 

Skills and experience: This position would suit a publishing or similar graduate with some experience of managing complex projects requiring considerable attention to detail.
