Creative Identities

Creative Identities is a programme of arts and moving image media creative learning activities for young people between the ages of 10 and 19 living in Scotland. It is funded by the Scottish Government, through the Cashback for Communities programme. The programme is managed by Creative Scotland and is open to young people who want to tell meaningful and relevant stories about their life in Scotland. These stories can be told in any art form or media combination, narrative based or abstract. The work will be showcased on www.creativeidentities.org and through exhibitions and presentations. All of this is made possible through a range of youth, media and arts organisations across Scotland. During the pilot phase we have worked with Eden Court, Peacock Visual Arts, Dundee Rep, DCA, Tramway, GFT, Pilton Video, Dance Base, VOMO, Action for Children, Barnardos, Includem, The Princess Royal Trust for Carers and The Prince's Trust.

Nice to hear from you! life is full of variety at the moment. Beavering away and trying to be productive and pro-active. Working on a few things at the moment but they are still in the early stages so I can't really say too much right now...will probably have some reasonably interesting news in a few weeks or so though...

What about you? Tell me all your news...

:)

Hey Jackie,

Hope you're well. Indeed long time no speak! You'll be pleased to know my facebook banter is still pretty much me moaning about everything. In other news I am shunning copyright law to share some classic japanese exploitation cinema scores with the world...maybe I should feel bad about that but its not available to preview anywhere and the CD is super rare...ah well.

I hope everything is going well with yourself - and creative identities for that matter!
