Scottish Enterprise, based in our office in Glasgow, but travel all over.
What brings you to 38minutes?
I'm a strategic project developer with Scottish Enterprise, working in the Digital Media team, developing digital media projects in Scotland. This entails working with partner organisations such as the broadcasters, sector skills councils, companies, government and others. My passion - meeting some of the most creative and innovative Scottish based people ever. This is some place!

Production Space in Scotland

The issue of increasing Scotland's production space has been a consistent one over the last decade. Supporters claim a range of benefits from such an initiative including more broadcast commissions, more inward investment film and television, greater skills levels, and increased economic value.



Detractors have claimed that there are higher priorities for public policy, and have been concerned about the sustainability of such an initiative.

UKTI Indie Pavilion at MipCom, Cannes, 4-8 October 2010

Something "last minute", but perhaps might be useful to you if you are considering attendance at MipCom this year.
